The Kristina apartment is suitable for 2 people or singles. The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own terrace. The apartment is divided into a living/sleeping room with a double bed, dining table, and television (cable TV). In the kitchenette you will find everything you need for daily use (fully equipped like all other apartments, but no oven). Adjacent is the NEW bathroom, renovated in May 2017 with sink and shelves, shower and toilet with a bright glass door. The apartment can also be booked on a monthly basis for craftsmen, interns, etc.

The Katharina apartment, located on the first floor, has a living/dining area with a seating area, couch and television (cable TV). We completely renovated the apartment from December 2019-20, new kitchen, all the necessary kitchen appliances are in the kitchenette. New modern and spacious bathroom. From the living/dining area you can use the large balcony. New floors in the bedroom, in the dining area, further equipped with high-quality new furniture, supplemented with a new high-quality box spring bed (senior and back-friendly bed), an armchair bed with slatted frame and many new decorations.

Our very popular family apartment Barbara is on the 1st floor of the new building and is very spacious. The apartment has no carpets - also suitable for allergy sufferers!

There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment, both bathrooms were newly modernized in 2022, the showers are wheelchair accessible, new tiles, modern and contemporary. There is a cloakroom in the entrance area. The large living/dining kitchen with a newly renovated floor offers enough space at the dining area for a comfortable sit together. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances. In the living area there is a new pull-out double bed couch and a large HD television (cable TV). The bedroom is equipped with solid wooden furniture and offers enough storage space: there is also space for a baby bed/children's mattress. There is also a television. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and sink. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed above it, so it can be used as a children's room for up to 3 children. This room also has space for an extra guest or baby bed. From the bedroom you can access your own small balcony or loggia. There is also a television (cable TV) in this bedroom.

This apartment would also be ideal for 2 smaller families who want to share a holiday apartment. In total we can accommodate 7 people in our largest apartment. All apartments have free and free WiFi available
